General

evisa4u accepts passports and other documents for processing only under these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are to be governed by the laws of England and client agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

evisa4u accepts instructions/orders only upon the terms and conditions set out below. No servant or agent of evisa4u is permitted to vary these terms unless expressly authorised in writing to do so. However any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.

The terms 'we', 'us’ and 'our' as used herein refer to evisa4u as a limited company and the terms 'you', 'client' and 'your' as used herein refers to all individuals and/or the entities they represent jointly or individually.

By placing an order with us or by clicking to accept or agree to the terms, for any service, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these 'Terms and Conditions'.

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in embassy consular fees, processing procedures, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance. evisa4u is not responsible for such changes or for any loss or delay relating to such changes and reserve the right to pass on any increased charges.

evisa4u reserves the right to refuse to accept an order from any particular individual or organisation without giving any reason. It includes the right to decline processing of documents for any reason whatsoever and at its total discretion, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree of difficulty in obtaining such documents due to purpose of travel.

evisa4u will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).

evisa4u also reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

Service

evisa4u makes every effort to provide the best service to it’s clients however is limited to submitting your visa application and later collection of the passport from the embassy or consulate of the country the visa is required for. We do not have any control what so ever on the outcome of your application or the time the concerned visa section may take in processing your application. Hence evisa4u shall not be held responsible and will not accept any responsibility for losses or damages owing to such events. We provide advice and assistance in filling the applications, however the reliability of any such information is not guaranteed by us. Clients are requested to check with the embassy in concern or its visa section before filling up any information on the application forms.

evisa4u will use its best endeavours to process applications for visas as per the client's request. However, evisa4u shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate or its visa section, embassy or its visa section or passport office. Such actions may include: unexpected and unexplained delays or refusals of visas, loss or damage to passports or other documents.

evisa4u will not be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with the following:

(a) Incomplete application forms

(b) Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms (including misleading information provided on the forms)

(c) Inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to any delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon, evisa4u. We also advise our clients that tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases open tickets should be obtained. Please note that all applicants should make travel arrangements only after obtaining appropriate visa.

The processing times for visas and other documentation mentioned or suggested by us on our website, or on any promotional material or verbally over the telephone are approximations based on our experience with embassies, and consulates. These are deemed reliable in most cases but are NOT guaranteed, hence can be changed anytime.

When evisa4u returns your passport and other documents, it is important that you immediately verify that all visas you require for you trip have been obtained, that the visas for each country you intend to visit are valid for the dates of your visit, and that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond of the completion of you trip.

Unless instructions are made in writing evisa4u shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be solely and wholly the responsibility of the client.

evisa4u aims to provide carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times and evisa4u shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

Cancellation & Refund

We aim to make an application as soon as we receive the documents and the application forms. You cannot cancel your order once the application is made to the respective embassy, however you may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of being dispatched for lodging at the respective embassy. Charges will be levied, will be miscellaneous up to that point (up to before submitting your application to the embassy) and the charges for returning the passport (along with supporting documents, if any) to the owner of the passport.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us the cancellation request in writing. And if you cancel it before lodgement, we will return your documents along with the fee you have paid to us.

Cancellations requested after visa has been obtained will not be entertained and full charges will apply. Also, any cancellation request received after the lodgement of the application will not be considered as embassies or their visa section do not refund visa fees after the application is made and in such event no refund of visa fee or our service fee will made to the client.

In cases of visa denial and refusal, full charges will be applicable. If embassy charges are refundable – they will be returned but our service charges will not be refunded to the client in any case.

Collection & Delivery

evisa4u will arrange return delivery of clients' passports and documents by Royal mail or whichever means is agreed most suitable with the client. The Company cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by any third party postal/courier company selected by client or by evisa4u. In any case, all documents sent by post or courier by evisa4u will be the sole responsibility of the client and not that of evisa4u.

As mentioned above, evisa4u will send the documents to the Client by Royal Mail and subject to the conditions thereof. Where delivery/collection by another delivery service provider is specified by the client, evisa4u will use its reasonable endeavors’ to appoint a reputable delivery service provider, and delivery of the documents shall be subject to the conditions thereof.
