What is an India e-Tourist (eTV) Visa & how to get it?
The Indian e-Tourist visa is an online travel authorization (eTV) for tourism, holiday or family visits. All UK nationals travelling to India for such reasons will require an e-tourist visa.
There are three types of e-Tourist visa for India
1. e-Tourist double entry (2 entry) visa valid for 30 Days
2. e-Tourist Multi entry visa valid up to 1 Year - (maximum stay of 180 days per visit from the date of arrival)
3. e-Tourist Multi entry visa valid up to 5 Years - (maximum stay of 180 days per visit from the date of arrival)
Requirements and Process time for India e-Tourist visa
- We do NOT need your original passport to process e-Tourist visa.
- Your passport validity must be 6 months at the time of travel.
- e-Tourist visa normally takes 3 business days to process.
